All about Teas

Tea  is one of oldest beverages in the world discovered in the 2700 BC FAO  org. Legend tells that the emperor of China Shennon was under the tree and waiting for the morning cup of hot water, the servants used to give him  every morning. When water was poured into the cup, the wind brought a chamomile flower into the cup. Water changed the color and taste became much better.

For many  centuries, only the Chinese  knew of  the wonders of tea. Habit of drinking tea spread Asia in and then throughout the World.

As tea culture expanded beyond China, it evolved into a deeply rooted tradition across many regions, each developing its own rituals and preferences. In Japan, tea became a ceremonial art form emphasizing mindfulness and simplicity, while in India it transformed into a rich, spiced beverage enjoyed daily in homes and on bustling streets. Across Europe, tea emerged as a symbol of refinement and social connection, often served during gatherings and special occasions.
